In April 2019, Group Solutions was engaged to secure conference facilities and facilitated a two-day meeting to introduce over 100 leaders meeting each other for the first time.
Additionally, the workshop framed a hierarchical issue resolution path and collaboratively refined a partnering charter that will frame shared project team governance and issue resolution for the next 5 years of construction.
