We’ve learned a few important lessons

Stakeholders want a voice when choices on big issues better they care about are being made

The right technology can significantly increase participation, transparency and credibility for process outcomes

Technology doesn’t replace active listening and conversation…it helps us have better conversations

Don’t ask if you don’t want to know!

We are continually exploring new approaches and prefer a “tool-agnostic” approach. There is no “best tool.”A generic overview of some of our preferred approaches follow
